MARMALADE SEVILLE ORANGE
Made from bitter Seville oranges our marmalade contains just enough rind and simply bursts with sunshine and the tang of oranges.
Use it the traditional way on top of toast or bread and butter pudding.
It is wonderful on cheeses- creamy brie, blue vein or sharp vintage cheddar. A tiny bit of cracked pepper and you have a taste sensation,
For a bit of difference marinate chicken or pork before grilling. Just mix a little lemon juice or vinegar to the marmalade and marinate away. We added a little tomato chilli jam to the mix as well!
