Beautiful honey straight from our hives.
Our honey sourced from our Merricks North property. We also have hives in Red Hill and Somerville.
Apart from being filtered through a fine sieve to remove wax our honey is completely untreated.
In cooler months and over time it may crystallise. This is perfectly normal for pure honey. It can be used in its crystallised form or gently heated to bring it back to its runny state.
